The Yamatsu Suisan Group is made up of five companies, including the core company Yamatsu Suisan Co., Ltd.: Yamatsu Refrigerated Foods Co., Ltd. handles the seafood processing business, Yamatsu Service Co., Ltd. the distribution business, Ichiroku Suisan Co., Ltd. the wholesale business, and Niigata Food Service Co., Ltd. the delivery to mass retailers. Each company is in an essential field in the seafood business.
Wholesale
We purchase high-quality seafood from domestic and overseas fishing grounds and distribution networks. As for the amount of seafood handled, we are among the biggest in Niigata Prefecture.
Refrigerated storage
We thoroughly manage hygiene in our factory equipped with the latest freezing and refrigeration functions. We centrally manage everything from storage to processing in conjunction with our logistics system.
